About John
I firmly believe Scrum is the leading framework for Organizations serious about solving complex, adaptive problems prevalent in the creation of software product development. Scrum is very difficult to master, and my training helps Organizations learn how to deliver a releasable, quality Increment of useful software (at least) every Sprint. The vast majority of organizations enacting Scrum fail to understand this is the point of Scrum, so I am passionate to help Scrum Teams leverage empiricism and self-organization to optimize business value. Whether you’re a practitioner developer, an aspiring or accomplished Scrum Master, or part of organizational leadership exploring ways to engage customers and help your people develop professionally, please contact me to setup an appointment to learn how my training will serve you.
